此行實在有太多的事情可寫,太少的時間寫,忙著吃、忙著玩、忙著發呆。
昨夜夢見酆哥的脆皮桶仔雞,雞用紅酒醃過一夜,盤底放的也是紅酒,烤出來的桶仔雞整個透著玫瑰色,說有多美就有多美!
建議酆哥每次烤雞用不同的醃料作實驗,尋找終極口味,將草堂桶仔雞作成台東一景!
