我在台東素素家（晃晃二手書店）了。
明後兩天將各處啪啪走找房子。據計程車司機說，如果買眷村舊房子，土地是國有的，只有地上物的產權，三十坪的房子只要十幾萬，不過得自己找，房仲不會代理的。這，可以考慮喔。十幾萬，住個兩年就已經值得了。
